Liz (Bigourdan) Katynski is a Winnipeg-based freelance writer, instructor and communications expert.

Currently, she offers her professional writing and instruction services to business, organizations and individuals.

Liz leads creative writing workshops, teaches business/professional writing classes, and mentors writers to improve their written communication skills and self-expression.

Liz is a member of the Professional Writers Association of Canada (PWAC), and the Manitoba Writers Guild. She is also an affiliate of Access Copyright.

Over the past two decades, Liz has worked as: a freelance writer, editor, paginator (doing layout for publications), photographer, writing instructor, mentor (non-fiction, fiction, poetry), community reporter, media relations advisor, and more.

Her education includes an English degree from the University of Manitoba, and Creative Communications at Red River College in Winnipeg.

As well, Liz is a former Regional Director of PWAC.
